Moxibustion & the 21st Chinese Solar Term

The twenty-first Chinese solar term is called "Da Xue", also known as 'The heavier snow' in English. The weather gets even colder and it's more possible to have snow than the first two solar terms in Winter of the year. It's the third Solar term in Winter of the year. It arrives on 07/12/2016.

 

In northern hemisphere, temperatures fall further. It's important to keep warm from head to toes, especially for elder people and people have chronic conditions.
